We take care or every step of production
Exact measurements
We only rely on our own, precise measurements. This means that our mats imitate the exact shape of the car floor and trunk of each car model.
Mat molding
We make individual rubber pieces from raw material. These are then placed in a press mold to produce individual parts of car mats.
Form making
We first create a 3D model from a preselected template, the future form of the mat. Next, we mill the mold, which then goes into the press.
Goods dispatching
We have sufficient supplies in stock. We can prepare goods within 24 hours and deliver within 48 hours.
